In 2006 a new large part of our hotel will be ready. This will lead to a meaningful improvement of the offer both on a quantitative and qualitative point of view;  there will be many new rooms and more services offered, as the hotel will become a 4 star one.

There will be 10 Superior Suites, 15 Junior Suites, 25 Executive Rooms and 50 Standard Rooms.

The large and cosy Hall, placed next to an elegant Lounge Bar, will be an ideal place where you can spend your time having a drink with some friends and colleagues after a hard working day.

A hotel like this couldn’ t neglect the importance of a Meeting Area, suitable for all needs: from small meeting to great events even for 200 people.

Next to the Classic Restaurant you will find a “Pizzeria”. A particular detail will be the “show- cooking” that will allow our guests to be present at the preparation of courses. Next to the Restaurant  an elegant living-room will be created for smoking people; here there will be the possibility to talk with friends, drink something or watch tv on a big screen.

In the new construction you will find also a relaxing area where to stay after a hard working day:  in our Fitness and Wellness Centre and in our Swimming- pool on the roof you could get relaxed looking at stars in the sky!

The swimming- pool, the sauna and the fitness area will be provided with “Tecnogym Machines” so that they become open spaces in summer and closed spaces in winter.
